Client retains HMR and is given exclusivity to recruit for one or more identified positions.

Our Process

1. Identify client needs and develop a recruiting plan

HMR Staffing will partner with you to fully evaluate your needs. We will conduct a thorough assessment of your organization’s structure, strategic goals and cultural needs. We will develop an effective recruiting plan to meet your hiring objectives.

 

2. Identify Candidates

We identify and recruit qualified candidates that meet your critical needs. In addition to matching skill and experience, we also obtain demographic information to ensure the best match both professionally and personally.

 

3. Interview Candidates and Opportunity Presentation

We thoroughly screen each candidate based on your criteria and assist with reference checks and licensure. The opportunity is presented to the candidate and once a match has been established, we present the candidate’s resume along with a summary of their qualifications and objectives.

 

4. Present qualified candidates to client

Once a match has been established, we present the candidate’s resume along with a summary of their qualifications and objectives.

 

5. Interviewing process

Throughout the interview process we assist in coordinating phone interviews and arranging on-site interviews to ensure the process runs smoothly.

 

6. Offer Negotiation

We prepare the client and candidate by negotiating the offer in advance. We act as your partner, providing you with a competitive advantage that will improve your outcomes and exceed your expectations.

 

7. Post Hire

Our commitment is to maintain communication with the candidate to ensure that the candidate begins working on the scheduled start date. If relocation is required we will assist the candidate throughout the process.
